Sound Bath for the Mother Within (and all expressions)
A quiet evening to slow down, rest, and reset the nervous system.
This sound bath is open to all women—whether you are a mother, not a mother, hoping to be, grieving, or simply holding a lot internally.
There is nothing required of you here. No sharing, no performance, no expectation.
Just space to lie down, receive sound, and unwind.
Come as you are. We'll meet you there!
