Service Description
Gather your people and create a personalized wellness experience designed around your group’s unique needs. Private group sessions at Lotura Wellness Collective can be fully customized to include yoga, sound healing, meditation, breathwork, nervous system reset practices, or a combination of offerings. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, planning a wellness gathering, hosting a team experience, or simply creating intentional time to reconnect, we’ll design a session that feels supportive, restorative, and meaningful. Private sessions are available for small groups of 8 or more guests and are customized based on your group size, experience, requested offerings, and location. Small Groups of 8 or more Starting at $49 per person Custom pricing available for specialized experiences, larger groups, or unique requests. Come as you are. We’ll create the space, guide the experience, and help your group leave feeling more grounded, connected, and restored.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a seamless and respectful experience for all guests, the following booking policies apply to all services. Scheduling All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. A valid payment method is required to reserve your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class or private appointment time. Private appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full service fee. Classes canceled or rescheduled with less than 1 hour notice will be charged the full service fee. Late Arrivals Out of respect for the shared experience of the class, sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time and late entry is not permitted once class has begun. Studio doors may be closed at the scheduled start time to avoid disrupting the practice. Late arrivals for private appointments may result in a shortened session while the full session fee still applies. No-Shows Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment, class, or workshop without notice will be considered a no-show and charged the full service fee. Packages & Prepaid Sessions Sessions purchased as part of a package will be deducted for late cancellations or missed appointments. Add-On Services Add-on services (such as recovery or wellness enhancements) must be scheduled at the time of booking and are subject to the same cancellation policies. Respect for the Space Lotura is a shared wellness environment. We ask that guests arrive a few moments early to settle into the space.
